|Recommended: YesI've loved my time here but there are some problems — I like having an upstairs and downstairs, the size is pretty good as well. The location is fantastic in relation to campus and other apartment complexes, and especially for the bus. However, the alleys around the apartment are kinda creepy haha. I would have liked to see even one apartment-wide activity because it would have helped me to get to know the people better. All of our maintenance problems were fixed very fast. But one thing that was a little frustrating was the temperature changes between the floors. The upstairs is always hot and the downstairs is always cold. It's hard to find a medium. Also the heater or AC is VERY loud and disrupting. There was enough storage for everything and I have fantastic roommates but these were some things that bother me.
|Recommended: YesAffordable and Social — This apartment complex is a great deal It is affordable and the people here are great. It is a little old, so you have to be patient with some of the fixtures and appliances, but I think the layout and vibe is perfect

|Recommended: YesSparks ll is a great place to live and love that it's so close to VASA — Great complex and rent is cheap compared to other places. It is nice that the hot tub works and that there is a washer a dryer on site. The walls are thin and we can hear our neighbors but the management and maintenance people are great There is always a place to park too.
|Recommended: YesI like the lay out and the community here — It has a great layout. There isn't a ton of storage in the kitchen, but overall it's a great place to live. There is even a bus that takes you to BYU campus. The people are really kind and parking usually isn't a problem.
|Recommended: NoAverage. — Sparks II is not great but not the worst. There are places to park, the stairs are nice although it sounds and feels as if they might break under your weight every time you use them , and our stove works most of the time. Overall it is a decent place to live, but for the price, go find somewhere that has reliable appliances see comment about the stove working MOST OF THE TIME , doesn't smell 100 years old, unlocks their recycling bins, and isn't 1,000,000 degrees upstairs at night and that's in the winter folks . Overall not a bad place, but it does need improvement and for the price especially fall and winter you can probably find something a little nicer.
|Recommended: NoSo overpriced for what we get — The building is so old and you can hear almost everything your neighbors do and what your roommates do upstairs. The gas stoves leak gas and the dishwasher doesn't work. There are random lumps in the floor and the walls creak if you put any pressure on them. So overpriced for a junky, old apartment and wifi is ridiculously priced as well. Will be moving out.

|Recommended: YesNo parking sometimes — I pay 17 dollars a month for parking and yet I've had to park twice in the Vasa Parking lot because there was literally no parking available, kinda sketch.
|Recommended: YesGood amount of space. — It's good, but the buildings are really old.
|Recommended: YesSimple and Affordable Apartment — The apartment is nicely laid out with all the necessary amenities. Some of the furniture and installations are older but they work just fine. The bathroom quality with their recent remodeling is great Overall very pleased.

|Recommended: NoOld and expensive — It is a nice place to live if you don't mind the all too expensive things. Rent is definetely on the higher end for not a great quality housing. Walls are really thin and you can hear your roomates.
Management is very responsive though. The building is old but expensive.
