|Recommended: NoFine, could be better. — I can hear the neighbors in the apartments next to me incredibly well. The apartment is cute but a little old. Kind of over priced- rent isn’t terrible but I know several people with private room brand new apartments with rent around this price. The dryers destroyed my white clothes. Parking is nice.

Our maintenance team does their best to maintain the apartments so if there is anything specific that needs attention please submit a maintenance request. We are so sorry to hear that the dryer ruined some clothing items! If that ever happens in the future please let us know and we can walk you through how to request a refund or submit a complaint through the company that owns the laundry machines.
|Recommended: YesWell-maintained, good environment, affordable — It's very affordable and well-run student housing. It's safe and is an overall good environment. The apartments are well-maintained for the condition they're in and maintenance is good about completing requests when things need fixing.

|Recommended: YesPretty good place — Overall, sparks is a pretty good place to live You're pretty close to campus and have easy access to a lot of places The only downside is that it looks like it hasn't been updated for 20-30 years and so it gives quite an old feeling to the place.

|Recommended: YesWell maintained but old and tightly packed — It definitely isn't the newest or the biggest apartment, but everyone, the staff and even our neighbors, have been super helpful and kind. Overall UT seems like a good place to live.

|Recommended: YesGood community, poor online — The price is pretty good, the community is great and social but not loud and crazy. The staff is pretty great too, but the online bill payment system is just not great. You can't choose which charges you want to pay, only how much you pay. This ends up sometimes having your payment go to bills that are due later and the immediate bills going only partially paid. That really sucks and adds unnecessary stress, but I love everything else about the apartment complex

|Recommended: YesReally like the complex Kind of dark. — Pretty much what I said in the title. The a c is weird- our room is 5 degrees more or less than whatever the rest of the house is. A C is super loud. Roommates were the cleanest. But wonderful ward and the amenities were good

|Recommended: NoYou pay more than what it is worth — Reminds we of a scary dungeon house that smells kind of weird, looks a little sketchy. I saw a duck once tho so that was pretty cool.
