|Recommended: YesI have lived in both a six person and four person apartment at Sparks II. I really like that the apartments are two floors which means there is a separation from the kitchen living room and where your room is. It also means no upstairs or downstairs neighbors. I have enjoyed the pool and clubhouse that are available to residents. From my experience, the management has done a good job with regards to maintenance requests.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live and go to school — From my experience, living at Sparks has been really good. The other residents are fun and social, and the management is nice and has done a good job with regards to helping residents for most problems with the apartment. Having a pool, hot tub, and clubhouse is also really cool. It's a little bit of a walk to get to BYU's campus which is where a lot of residents attend school. It's also close to a couple different food places and a gym.

|Recommended: YesSparks is good place for a affordable price — Sparks is great The apartments are super close together so it helps boost the social part of living here. We have a hot tub, pool and clubhouse. My favorite thing is the location of Sparks. There is a shuttle that can take you to school if you go to BYU , and it picks you up right outside the complex. It's right behind VASA and it's also pretty dang cheap

|Recommended: NoI think that it is very old and outdated. — I would tell them that it is a waste of money to live here. You can find more affordable apartments with better parking and quality of apartment. You can hear the people in the apartment next to you so if they are up late doing anything you will hear it. The parking is horrible, all the spaces are tiny, the road to get back to the parking is super tight, and there is usually no parking if you get home after 11 pm so you have to park across the street in a parking lot that has no lights.

|Recommended: YesIt is getting older... but great management — I like Sparks 2, the ward is amazing, having the bus is great, management is so friendly and I feel like it has a great culture. The living rooms and bedrooms are big enough but the apartment is old. Very creeky, steep stairs, old carpet, some damaged walls and small hallways. I appreciate this apartment, being in my price range and the piano, ping pong table, nearby laundry and couches are a great place to hangout.

|Recommended: YesGreat little place — The price is, in my estimation, very good. The buildings are not new, but they are kept in a good condition, and with normal care they are quite livable. Owners are nice, and I haven't had any trouble yet. Good place.

|Recommended: YesThis is a nice, safe place to live surrounded by great people — It's a nice enough apartment, and parking is great There are plenty of parking spots, so that is not a problem. There are also a lot of great people here. The pool and clubhouse areas are nice. My only complaint is that it's a bit old which you can tell from the carpets, walls, and some fixtures. The stairs are really really loud, so I sometimes get woken up from my roommates going up and down the stairs. I can also sometimes hear the neighboring apartment's stairs as well. But overall it's a nice place to live. The location is great, especially if you ride the bus because the bus stop is so close

|Recommended: NoIt's a very small space for too much money — The bedrooms are smaller than helaman halls at BYU. The carpets and overall atmosphere feel very dingy. I feel that I am paying way too much for the tiny space I've been given.
